Changer de fruits chaque semaine en choisissant dans les fruits de saison et pr\u00e9senter le sandwich avec deux pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 chaque fois, une pr\u00e9paration cuite, de la confiture, et une cru avec les fruits coup\u00e9s en gros morceaux que l\u2019on peut croquer.\u00a0\u00a0<br>Et le pain ? quel pain choisir pour sublimer cette recette sucr\u00e9e d\u2019exception, madeleine de Proust de mon enfance ?\u00a0<br><br>Le choix de Ruben , cet amoureux du pain, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rapide.
