L&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique&nbsp;journalier varie selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le sexe et l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique de la personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les hommes on estime qu\u2019il lui faut en moyenne un apport de 2700 kcal au quotidien. Ce chiffre descend \u00e0 2200 kcal pour les femmes sachant qu\u2019un \u00e9quilibre doit avoir lieu entre les glucides, lipides et prot\u00e9ines pour s\u2019assurer une alimentation saine. On appelle ces trois termes, les macronutriments de l\u2019aliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardons de plus pr\u00e8s la composition de notre sandwich fait maison\u00a0: le <em>Saumon Gravelax. <\/em>Le saumon apporte des prot\u00e9ines tandis que le chou kale apporte des glucides.
